The co-author and Broadway director of “42nd Street” has directed the version coming to The Aylesbury Waterside Theatre from the 20th November.
“42nd Street” won a Tony Award for the best new musical in 1980 and another Tony for the best revivial of a musical in 2001. Every song a winner including Lullaby of Broadway, Keep Young & Beautiful, We’re In The Money, not to mention the famous dance down a flight of steps that light up as they go down them!
