Award-winning director of War Horse TOM MORRIS in conversation at Oxford Playhouse

Ruskin Theatre Platforms presents a special Fridays at 5pm event, In Conversation With Tom Morris, at Oxford Playhouse on Friday 12 June.

Tom Morris is renowned as one of the UK’s foremost directors. He will be in conversation with playwright and director John Retallack about his career to date and how he imagines the future of British theatre.

Tom is best known for co-directing the National Theatre’s international smash-hit production War Horse, alongside Marianne Elliot, for which they won a Tony Award for Best Direction.

Since 2009, Tom has been Artistic Director of Bristol Old Vic, during which he’s overseen the venue’s huge £20 million refurbishment and directed numerous productions including Swallows and Amazons and Juliet and Her Romeo.
