The Gordon Craig Theatre is preparing for its Easter musical James and the Giant Peach. Brought to you by the same creative team behind 2013’s Peter Pan – the British musical, this brand new take on the Roald Dahl classic is sure to put a smile on everyone’s face!
The young orphan James Trotter is sent to live with his hideous Aunts Sponge and Spiker, who take great pleasure in making his life a misery. His life seems set to be filled with cooking and cleaning until a mysterious old man appears with a bag of magic and changes the course of his life forever – and that includes introducing him to a whole host of the most original insects you will ever see!
Packed with brand new music that has never been heard anywhere in the country before, The Gordon Craig team say that this magical adaptation is the most ambitious show they have ever produced.
James and the Giant Peach at the Gordon Craig Theatre from 16th – 20th April
Tickets cost £15.00 (£12.50 for under 8’s) and a family ticket for 4 costs just £47.00!
